With over two decades of experience in technology-enabled healthcare services, Jason Brantley is a seasoned leader known for his laser like focus on delighting customers, ensuring optimized operations and better outcomes. As the Chief Customer Officer at EMS|MC, Jason oversees every facet of the customer journey, from strategic planning, sales & marketing, and customer success.
Prior to joining EMS|MC, Jason held the position of President and General Manager of Provider Solutions at Datavant (Ciox Health), where he dedicated 15+ years to driving growth and innovation. Prior to the role of President, his versatility served roles including Chief Operating Officer of Provider Services, leadership of the HIM services team, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Throughout his career, Jason has been passionate about exceeding customer expectations and optimizing service delivery to achieve this goal. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.
