Crowell brings more than 20 years of experience in EMS, public safety, technology, revenue cycle management, and growth leadership. Throughout his career, he has helped agencies use technology, data, and industry expertise to improve operational performance, strengthen financial sustainability, and better serve their communities.
As Head of Growth, Crowell will help EMS|MC expand its support for fire and EMS agencies navigating increasingly complex financial, regulatory, workforce, and operational challenges. His focus will include strengthening relationships across the public safety community, aligning solutions with agencies’ evolving needs, and helping more organizations access the resources and expertise needed to achieve measurable results.

This experience gives him a broad understanding of the technology, operational, and financial challenges facing fire and EMS agencies.
