EMS Management & Consultants Announces Appointment of Chief Operating Officer
October 31, 2017 (Winston-Salem, NC) – EMS Management & Consultants (EMS|MC), a third-party EMS billing company, announces the appointment of its Chief Operating Officer, Kate Pruitt.
On October 4, 2017, EMS|MC’s CEO, Greg Carnes, announced Kate Pruitt’s appointment to Chief Operating Officer (COO) role.

About Kate Pruitt
In her role as Chief Operating Officer at EMS|MC, Kate is responsible for client relations and revenue cycle management. As COO, Kate oversees process efficiencies, organizational structure, call center methodology and operations management. In addition, Kate’s strong leadership will provide strategic oversight to onboarding and account management.
She joined EMS|MC in 2005 as Operations Manager for the West Point, GA, office formerly Ambulance Billing Consultants, Inc. Prior to EMS|MC, she served as Director of Operations and Finance for InView, a subsidiary of InterCall, a telecommunications corporation, for 10 years. Kate holds her CAC certification from the NAAC and is a graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is an avid Auburn University football fan and lives with her family in Clemmons, NC.
